The proposed construction of Cole Pallet Services’ fabrication building in DeKalb, IL is a leap forward for the company and significant development for the Pleasant Street Neighborhood. This pre-engineered steel building is designed to house administrative offices, a break room large enough to accommodate up to 28 workers, nine pallet fabrication work stations, tool storage, four semi-truck loading docks, and open interior storage space for pallets. Cole Pallet is currently leasing warehouse space on the South side of DeKalb. This facility will allow them to take ownership of a centrally-located fabrication warehouse which has been designed for their specific needs.
