The renovation of the First floor of the Seneca Health Center included both primary care and dental facilities. Existing dental facilities were expanded to include an additional three treatment rooms and a dental lab and charting facilities for staff. Construction on these areas was completed in a way that allowed GEFCC to continue serving patients during construction.
The east half of the building was reconstructed to provide a 60-seat Waiting Room, (11) Exam rooms, Lab, Provider Charting, and associated ancillary spaces. The suite also included much needed staff and support spaces including an Employee Break Room to seat 60 and a Server Room to service the entire organization.
As with many of our GEFCC projects this project had a very compressed timeline. Substantial Completion of this project was achieved a bit over five months after the contract was signed with the Architect to begin Drawings.
