Set on a lovely wooded lot with a swimming pool, the client was looking for an elevated three season porch to replace an existing deck. The new porch will feature full eight windows and a skylight maximizing sunlight into the porch. These features will also bring more light into the existing family room adjacent to the porch.
The design also includes considerable storage space below the porch to contain oversized pool toys and lounge chairs during cold Illinois winters.
